Chef and Cookbook Author David Tanis

Join us for a special event as the chef discusses “One Good Dish,” his first non-menu cookbook that offers 100 simple and delicious one-dish recipes that epitomize his no-fuss approach to comfort food.

Tanis has been a professional chef for more than three decades and is also the author of the popular cookbooks "A Platter of Figs" and "Heart of the Artichoke". He writes the weekly City Kitchen column for the New York Times.
