Friends Book Sales
Calling all last minute shoppers!
The Friends of the Princeton Public Library are excited to present a pop-up Holiday Book Sale on Sunday, December 17, 2017 (1pm to 6pm). There will be a great selection of fine and gently used art books, fiction and children’s books.
We are also pleased to announce that our next Annual Book Sale will take place on Friday, May 4 – Sunday, May 6, 2018. One of the top used book sales in the region, last year’s sale included more than 10,000 books for all ages and across a wide variety of topics. Most books are priced between $1 and $3, with art books and special selections priced higher.
More details to follow…
The Friends of the Princeton Public Library also operate a used bookstore in the library which is open during library hours. The store is stocked with books covering a wide range of topics and interests, with new titles being added daily. If you are looking for a beach read or that rare, out-of-print title, be sure to check out the bookstore for reasonably priced books.
All book sale proceeds go directly to the library for the purchase of books and materials, as well as the support of library programs.

We cannot accept:
Please pack items in sturdy bags or boxes, or bundle & tie with string. Please check that the contents meet our guidelines – our volunteers have found a range of items from soccer shinpads to wedding photos, and it is usually impossible to return them to the owner.
Donations are accepted whenever the library is open. They can be received at the back door on Sylvia Beach Way.
If you have more than 12 boxes of books, a consultation is required. Please contact the Friends of the Princeton Public Library Book Sale Manager at (609) 924-9529 ext. 1227.
