The Library Foundation

Enhancing One of Princeton's Most Treasured Resources

Foundation Mission

The Princeton Public Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, was chartered in 1997 to receive and administer funds for the ongoing and future benefit of the Princeton Public Library.  The Foundation’s mission is to build a permanent endowment to ensure the resources needed to support Library collections, programs and services.  A Foundation Board of Directors, appointed by the Library Board of Trustees, manages and controls the business and property of the Foundation.

In 2010 the library will celebrate its centennial and we hope to have a $10 million endowment contributing to the excellence of our library.

The Princeton Public Library Foundation welcomes gifts of all sizes for the endowment.
