Classes:

Monthly we offer a wide array of classes, from Computer Basics to Powering-Up with Powerpoint to Databytes, where you will learn about the online resources available at the library. July schedule. August schedule.

Gadget Garage:

Variety of technology gadgets available for use in the Technology Center including an iPod, MP3 player, two digital cameras, a scanner, a digital camcorder, PDA’s. Contact the Reference Desk 609-924-9529 x220 or speak to one our Technology Assistants to test one of our gadgets.

Computers and Software:

The library has 100 multimedia public computers distributed throughout the library. Headsets required for watching movies or listening to CDs are available at all stations except for our 15 minute stand-up express stations. All of the terminals are equipped with the Microsoft Office Suite and access to the Internet.

The Technology Center located on the 2nd Floor of the library boasts an additional 12 computers that have a variety of software ranging from scanning to webauthoring to audio.

Wireless Access at the Library:

Wireless is available free to any library customers with WIFI enabled laptops and wireless devices. The entire library building and plaza next to the library is a WIFI Hotspot.

Customers with laptops can also connect to the Internet for free via Ethernet network. The library is equipped with study tables that have plug in access. Ethernet cables are available for loan at the Reference Desk on the 2nd Floor.
