DESCRIPTION

A non-profit, educational organization dedicated to helping

people who suffer from anxiety and panic disorders.  Support

groups meet in various New Jersey locations. The South Brunswick Area

meets WED, 7 PM - 8 PM.

PROGRAMS

Panic & Anxiety Workshop: Attitudes, Self-Esteem, Being in

Control and Creating Powerful Thinking. A workshop geared to

helping anyone suffering from panic, anxiety and agoraphobia

to cope with these disorders and to teach effective ways of

communicating with others while feeling at ease with the self.

Planning for Assisted Living: Decision and transition from home

environment to an Assisted Living facility.

Personal Achievement Workshop: discussions will include

communication, commitment, persistence and other topics

geared towards achieving personal success.
