DESCRIPTION

A residential institution for developmentally disabled adults

administered by the Division of Developmental Disabilities of the

New Jersey Department of Human Services.  In January of 1995,

 it was announced that the facility would be closed and most of

the 530 residents moved to community based programs until on

or about February, 1998.
