DESCRIPTION
A grassroots organization, originally formed to oppose the
Millstone Bypass, whose purposes are: 1) to advocate a regional
transportation policy which serves the social, economic,
environmental and aesthetic interests of the community; 2) to
disseminate to the public information, analyses, and data
concerning transportation law, regulations, programs, issues
and policies; 3) to provide a forum for discussion of
transportation policy and alternatives.
