DESCRIPTION

An ambulatory care and on-site research facility offering

individuals with diabetes multidisciplinary team care, group

education and support, as well as the opportunity to take part

in diabetes research.  Staff includes nutritionists, nurse

educators, clinical psychologists, podiatrists, endocrinologists

and diabetologists.  A satellite of the Saint Barnabas Health Care

System, an affiliate of the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, MA.
