DESCRIPTION
A county government agency which provides informal adjudication
of civil disputes, including: Special Civil Part - landlord
tenant actions for eviction or recovery of up to $5,000 in claims.
Small Claims Actions up to $5,000; DC Actions up to $15,000;
Civil Part: no minimum or maximum recovery;
General Equity: a court of specific performance;
adjudication of disputes involving small debts, accounts and tenancy.
