DESCRIPTION

A national telephone referral service which connects prospective

patients with local private practice dentists who meet specific

needs.  Dentists are screened on a regular basis for AIDS/HIV

information, malpractice and legal problems, complaints lodged

by patients, range of services provided to patients and

acceptance of patients on public assistance programs such as

welfare and Medicaid.
