DESCRIPTION
A government agency administered by the N.J. Department of
Health and Senior Services which coordinates activities relating
to the HIV epidemic, oversees the development of services for
those who are HIV infected and those who have AIDS,
formulates plans to combat the epidemic and collects
epidemiological information about HIV and AIDS.
