A non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce disability
and death from cardiovascular disease and stroke, through the
promotion of study, dissemination and application of knowledge
concerning causes, treatment and prevention.
PROGRAMS
Schoolsite Programs: Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart
(pre-K through 8th grade). Programs that motivate children to learn
how to keep their hearts healthy for a lifetime.
Worksite Program: Program geared towards adults in the
workplace, which promotes a heart-healthy lifestyle and
education. Healthsite Program is a similar program geared
