DESCRIPTION

A county government law enforcement agency which acts to

protect Mercer County consumers from fraudulent and

unconscionable business practices in the sale of goods and

services by enforcing the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.  It

also serves as a mediator in disputes between consumers and

businesses or service providers and promotes and provides

consumer education throughout the county.

PROGRAMS

Consumer Education Programs:  A service which provides

programs for any group or organization, including schools,

senior citizens groups, civic or religious groups.
