DESCRIPTION

A private, non-profit organization which promotes and produces

cultural and educational activities in the performing, creative,

and visual arts.  It provides a unique forum for artistic

experimentation, learning, and development for groups and

individuals.

PROGRAMS

Classes, workshops and instruction:  Drawing, painting,

watercolor, ceramics, photography, writing, poetry, fiction,

acting, Spanish dance,  creative dance.

Meeting facilities:  Studio, rehearsal or meeting space is

provided to local artists or organizations at affordable rates.

Arts Exchange Program:  Art instruction, snacks and

conversation for Trenton children, temporarily homeless, who

are lodged in motels.

Theater and Art Gallery: The center has a state-of-the-art intimate theater

which seats 120 people. The programming includes: concerts,

theater performances, poetry readings, panel discussions,

lectures and other events. It is also home to a professional art gallery,

exhibiting works by regional and national artists.

Cafe Improv:  Open stage for acoustic musicians, poets, etc.,

on the fourth Saturday of the month; 9:00 PM-12:00 AM.
