Need help with your job search?
Looking for a new job or career? Searching for the right job can be extremely stressful and time consuming. By using Princeton Public Library's Education & Careers databases, you will have additional tools to assess your career options, write a resume and cover letter, practice interview techniques and, most important, find current employment opportunities that are of interest to you.
When exploring each of the databases, you can work at your own pace for submitting applications for real jobs. The most powerful, in my opinion, is Job and Career Accelerator which can give you the tools to:
- Assess work-related interests and suitable careers
- Explore over 1,000 detailed occupation profiles
- Find jobs and internships from over 5 million listings
- Prepare professional resumés and cover letters
- Get hired and organize, manage and track the entire process
Once you create an account (be sure to use your library card number as your username) you will be able to get started. One of the benefits of this site is that you can save your interest survey, job searches, the resumés and cover letters. This site also has an extensive technology tutorial section including the MSOffice software, Corel, Adobe, Mac and Windows Operating Systems.
Finding the right job can be overwhelming. Hopefully, the assistance of our online resources will make your search easier.

Resume is very important to find a good job or crack an interview. Resume is the only thing that initially describes your skills. Resume should always be updated and perfect. For making professional resume you can use resume templates. Using resume templates is very good option.
Thanks!
