School Reading Lists
The library keeps comprehensive lists of books assigned at area high schools and has multiple copies to borrow in a variety of formats.

Audiobooks & eBooks

OneClickDigital: The OneClickDigital Children & Young Adult audiobook subscription consists of approximately 1,000 titles for beginning readers, children and young adults. All titles in the collection are multiple-use, which means an unlimited number of listeners may download a title at any one time. Included in the collection are best-selling authors such as Avi, Jeff Kinney, Meg Cabot, Walter Dean Myers, and many more. Also included are 200 classic titles like The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Anna Karenina, Peter Pan and Smart Pass Classics and Smart Pass Shakespeare. Enjoy these collections on your computer (PC or Mac) or on selected portable devices (including MP3, iPod) and also download directly to your iPhone, iPad, Blackberry (Android coming later in 2012). Please note: to use OneClickDigital audiobooks, you will need to download OneClickDigital Media Manager. Check out a maximum of 3 books at time for up to 7 days. No overdue fees; books are automatically returned to the library at the end of lending period. You will need a valid Princeton Public Library card to check out books.
 

eLibraryNJ: Browse downloadable audiobooks and eBooks at eLibraryNJ. Enjoy these collections on your computer (PC or Mac) or on selected portable devices (including MP3, iPod) and also download directly to your iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, or Android. Browse audiobooks to find newly added titles or iPod titles. eBooks range from computers to study guides to Romance and Young Adult fiction. Please note to use ListenNJ audiobooks you will have to download Overdrive Media Console. Checkout a maximum of 5 books at time, for 7 or 10 days depending on your preference. No overdue fees, books are automatically returned to the library at the end of lending period.  You will need a valid Princeton Public Library card to checkout books.

Clubs and Book Groups

Go-Between Club

Meets monthly on the third Saturday of the month (September-May) in the library to talk about books and other interests. Participants in grades 6-8 are welcome by drop in attendance.

Summer Reading Club for Teens
Our 2013 summer reading clubs begin on June 21. Our program this year for teens in grades 6-12 is Beneath the Surface. Students will have the opportunity to earn reading incentives as they strive to read 50 hours this summer. Stop in the Youth Services Department for all the details.

Teen Advisory Board

The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a peer leadership opportunity (offered by application process) for high school students, who meet monthly to talk about books and other interests, and regularly help out at the library year-round.
