All meeting room use
by the public is subject to meeting room availability.
All reservations
are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Groups may reserve a meeting room for a maximum of
one meeting per month and up to three months in advance.

It is the responsibility of the signer of the
meeting room agreement form to inform the library if a meeting is cancelled. In order to receive
a refund, notice of cancellation must be received
at least three days prior to the scheduled event.
The library reserves the right to deny meeting rooms
to organizations that fail to notify the library
of cancellations or frequently cancel meetings.
