Meeting Room Reservations

All meeting room use by the public is subject to meeting room availability. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Groups may reserve a meeting room for a maximum of one meeting per month and up to three months in advance.

 

Community Room

Community Room, first floor

  • Versatile meeting space adjacent to Albert Hinds Community Plaza
  • Full audio-visual system
  • Large presentation screen, data video projector, podium control, lapel and handheld microphones
  • Natural lighting supplied by large floor-to-ceiling windows; equipped with blackout curtains
  • Contemporary setting, burled maple details

Seating capacity: 150 lecture style; up to 75 seated at tables

2 hour usage fee $50.00/nonprofit; $150.00/corporate

Conference Room

Conference Room, second floor

  • Contemporary setting overlooking the corner of Witherspoon and Wiggins Street
  • Private light filled room ideal for presentations, interviewing and staff training
  • Multimedia services at your fingertips
  • Floor to ceiling windows

Seating capacity: 16 (overflow seating 5)

2 hour usage fee $25.00/nonprofit; $75.00/corporate

Princeton Room

Princeton Room, second floor

  • Light-filled, intimate seating overlooking the Princeton Cemetery
  • Featuring a collection of books and art celebrating Princeton history

Seating capacity: 8 (overflow seating 8)

Hourly usage fee $75.00/nonprofit; $150.00/corporate

Technology Center

Technology Center, second floor

  • 15 state-of-the-art computer stations
  • Full audio-visual system
  • SMART Board, scanners, full suite of professional software including, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office 2007

Hourly usage fee $150.00/nonprofit and corporate (plus $50.00 tech aide fee)

Terrace

Terrace, third floor

  • Unique outdoor space overlooking Witherspoon Street with views of downtown Princeton
  • Suitable for receptions, networking and other special events
  • Adjacent to the Youth Services Department

Capacity: 50 seated; 80 standing

2 hour usage fee $75.00/nonprofit; $150.00/corporate

 

Reserving a Room

To check room availability or make a reservation, email space@princetonlibrary.org or call 609.924.9529 x250. Please provide details about your meeting such as the purpose, possible dates/times and the size of your group. 

Cancellations

It is the responsibility of the signer of the meeting room agreement form to inform the library if a meeting is cancelled. In order to receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received at least three days prior to the scheduled event.

The library reserves the right to deny meeting rooms to organizations that fail to notify the library of cancellations or frequently cancel meetings.
