Rent a Space - Fees
The Library’s public meeting rooms are self-supporting. Fees are intended to cover the library’s maintenance and overhead costs. All fees are listed in the Library Fee Schedule

Meeting Room Fees
Effective January 2007


Meeting Space Cost
Community Room $50.00 for two hours
Conference Room $25.00 for two hours
   
Custodial Fee (after hours) $25.00 per hour
After Hours Usage Fee $25.00 per hour


Equipment Rental Fees for Meeting Room Use

Equipment Fee
DVD player w/ monitor $15.00
VCR w/ monitor $15.00
LCD projector $15.00
Laptop Computer set-up $15.00
Overhead projector $15.00
Sound System $15.00



Meeting room fees may be waived to Library affiliated organizations or municipal agencies of Princeton Township and Princeton Borough.
