The library’s rental spaces are fully equipped to offer technical support for presentations, workshops, etc.  AV equipment is available for rent to use during your meeting in the library.  Please refer to our current fee schedule for a list of available equipment and associated costs. 

Groups may use their own equipment provided the library network and/or audiovisual systems are not compromised.  The building services manager must approve the use of outside equipment.
