ONQUE.--At Princeton, Jan. 20, 1889, JAMES ONQUE aged 80 years.
  Princeton Press, Sat., Feb. 9, 1889:

    The funeral of Hattie Shaw was preached at the Bright Hope Baptist church last Sunday, the service being conducted by the Rev. J. A. Harris, of Orange, N. J. The text was Ecclesiastes, 12:6, "Or ever the silver cord shall be loosed or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern." The service was largely attended by both white and colored.
