Participants in grade 6 and over meet monthly at the library to advise Teen Services Librarian Susan Conlon about the teen collection and talk about books, films and music. The sessions provide a say in library services and programs.

Grandmaster Sergey Kudrin will take on 25 challengers in a simultaneous event. Pick-up matches on the sidelines will be going on throughout the afternoon too.
