DESCRIPTION
The Division of Community Resources provides training, financial and technical assistance to municipalities, community action agencies and other organizations, focusing on downtown business development, neighborhood improvement, community and economic development and infrastructure improvements. It also provides financial and technical assistance to community-based nonprofit and local government agencies to improve the quality of life for New Jersey's low-income, disabled and disadvantaged citizens.
