DESCRIPTION
A group of skating enthusiasts (ages 5 to 70+) who meet regularly for intense exercise, fun and competition. All ages and abilities are welcome. Practices include technique coaching and non-skating plyometric exercises. Helmets are required to skate. See website for more information
