DESCRIPTION
Medical adult day care center. The Gallery at Buckinham Place offers a variety of health-related, recreational and therapeutic services for individuals who have early to moderate stages of dementia; are physically frail; or need to have their health care assessed and monitored by our professional staff

PROGRAMS
The Center offers activities that will enhance self-esteem, independence, socialization, and foster relationships for those individuals who are living in the community and are socially isolated. Transportation is available to designated areas. Program enrollment may be arranged from two to five days per week. Private payment, Medicaid or other funding sources are acceptable for those that meet the eligibility requirements, including Veteran's Adult Day Benefits. Flexible hours are available to meet caregivers' needs.
