DESCRIPTION
A privately funded, state-wide, non-profit organization committed to developing future leaders through education. In partnership with competitive secondary schools, it provides opportunities for highly motivated, academically qualified, economically disadvantaged students, by preparing selected 7th graders for 9th grade entrance into highly competitive secondary schools with an intensive 14 month academic program. These students are nominated by their school principals, teachers, guidance counselors and youth/church/group leaders.
