A non-profit, educational organization dedicated to helping people who suffer from anxiety and panic disorders. Support groups meet in various New Jersey locations.

SERVICES
Support Groups - Panic and anxiety disorders

PROGRAMS
Panic & Anxiety Workshop: Attitudes, Self-Esteem, Being in Control and Creating Powerful Thinking. A workshop geared to helping anyone suffering from panic, anxiety and agoraphobia to cope with these disorders and to teach effective ways of communicating with others while feeling at ease with the self.

Planning for Assisted Living: Decision and transition from home environment to an Assisted Living facility.

Personal Achievement Workshop: discussions will include communication, commitment, persistence and other topics geared towards achieving personal success.

MEETING PLACE
Wayne, NJ -2nd and 4th THURSDAYS a month at 7:30 PM; Tuckerton -MON at 7:00 PM; Ocean - 2nd and 4th WED of the month at 7 PM; Secaucus - THUR 7 PM; Hamilton - TUE at 7 PM; South Brunswick - WED at 11:00 AM.
