DESCRIPTION
A non-profit coalition of religious congregations and community organizations, founded by the Trenton Ecumenical Area Ministry (TEAM), which work together to help seniors and people with disabilities remain in their homes and maintain their independence. It helps to recruit, train and match volunteers who provide free, non-medical support services to homebound individuals. It also strengthen the existing outreach ministries of congregations by linking them with the network of community health care and social service organizations.

PROGRAMS
Ongoing education and support for volunteers. Free workshops of interest to volunteers and the public are offered 4 times a year. Examples: Scams and the Elderly; Community Services for the Elderly; Time Management; etc.
