DESCRIPTION
The largest, non-hospital based, primary care organization in
the City of Trenton, serving more than 12,000 patients and
generating approximately 47,000 patient encounters annually.
The Austin Center operates three facilities. As well as the main
site at 321 North Warren St., Trenton, there are two satellite
locations: Ewing Health Center (primary site for the HealthCare
for the Homeless, HCH, population) and Chambers Manor Family
Practice, directly across the street from Trenton's high school. It
is a federally qualified health center (FQHC), providing enhanced
and expanded primary medical and dental care to residents of
the Greater Trenton area. The Center is a member of the New
Jersey Primary Care Association, Inc. and Robert Wood Johnson
Health Network.
