DESCRIPTION
Crawford House is a private, non-profit, residential treatment facility that provides women in early recovery with a chemical-free living experience. The average length of stay is 6 months. After an initial 2-4 week orientation period, residents seek and obtain part-time employment. Residents are not charged a fee for services; however, upon employment, residents contribute to their board on a sliding scale. Eligibility: female resident of NJ, 18+ years old, primary dependency is on alcohol/other drug dependence and/or homeless and indigent.
