DESCRIPTION
A yoga and health care center which invites participants to explore different paths to health, healing and personal growth in an inviting environment. The Center offers a variety of yoga, meditation and holistic lifestyle classes and workshops. Specialty classes include Gentle Yoga for Cancer Survivors, Yoga for Kids, Mom/Baby and Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga. (see "services"). There are approximately 40 classes per week: morning, lunchtime, evenings and weekends. Gift certificates are available for all services and programs. The Center is a smoke-and alcohol-free environment.
