DESCRIPTION
SERV shares its experience, support and guidance with children, adults and families working to recover from and cope with mental illness, addictions, challenging behaviors and developmental disabilities. Focusing on personal dignity, SERV strives to emphasize individual strengths in an effort to cultivate self-reliance and personal understanding while assisting with issues of daily life.

SERVICES
Residential care -provided to adults and children struggling to cope with and recover from mental illness, addictions, developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors
Partial Care Programs: Adults working to cope with a mental illness
Vocational Day Program: Developmentally disabled adults
Outpatient Services: Available in the Passaic County area only

PROGRAMS
SERV Centers: A program which helps adults cope with mental illness and addiction problems, with a special emphasis on residential alternatives to psychiatric hospitalization. Partial care, therapeutic foster care, residential, outpatient for mentally ill adults.

SERV Youth Services: A program which helps children and adolescents (ages 4-17+) who are at risk of involvement with the mental health system. Residential and partial care programs, including foster care.

Center for Innovative Family Achievements (CIFA): A program which provides housing and comprehensive training to persons with developmental disabilities. 609-394-2507.
