A non-profit certified home health and hospice agency licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health, nationally accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. It provides traditional services, including skilled nursing, physical, speech and occupational therapy, medical social work, certified home health aides, nutrition counseling. Wound care services, bereavement services and diabetic instruction are among the specialties. It is also a certified site for Mercer County Medicaid case management programs
