DESCRIPTION
The local group of a national organization whose mission is to promote universal awareness of mood and anxiety disorders surrounding pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. It provides free support and information for women (and their families) who need assistance with the adjustment of having children. Activities include lectures, special guests, networking, support and outings, in addition to regular discussions, which cover pre and postpartum depression, anxiety, parenting, adjustment, etc.
