DESCRIPTION
The government agency, administered by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, which provides information and assistance in finding affordable housing for the state's low-income, disabled and disadvantaged residents. The goal of the agency is to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness, linking its resources with the banking and business resources in the state, in addition to local government resources.
