DESCRIPTION
A coalition of public and private agencies, health and professional associations, schools, and consumer and volunteer groups concerned about present and future issues of education and service delivery to the blind and visually impaired. It promotes community awareness, reviews legislation, acts as an advocating body, addresses consumer issues and shares information, resources and ideas.
