DESCRIPTION
A nonprofit plant society whose purpose is to promote interest in and provide information about rhododendrons and azaleas. In addition to regular meetings which offer a variety of speakers, the society sponsors a cutting workshop, conducts plant sales and offers garden tours in May.

Monthly meetings feature speakers, a plant auction or sale, or a member flower show

MEETING TIME
Second WED of the month, SEPT-NOV/APR-MAY, 8:00 PM; the JAN and FEB meetings are on SUN afternoons at 1:30 PMat Holly House, Rutgers Gardens, New Brunswick, NJ.

MEMBERSHIP
Open to all who are interested in rhododendrons and azaleas.

FEES/DUES
$35 individual or $40 family per year - includes membership in national American Rhododendron Society, membership in Princeton Chapter, 4 issues of the ARS Journal plus monthly Princeton newsletter

Plant Sale: Annual April event held on a SAT in late APR at Mercer County Community College.
Flower Show: Annual MAY event held in Holly House at Rutgers Gardens on Mother's Day weekend
Annual Juried Truss Show - Johnson Education Center, One Preservation Place, Princeton, NJ - May 20 2006

SCHOLARSHIPS
Contribution given to Mercer County Community College Scholarship Fund, administered by MCCC; eligibility - student in Horticulture Program.
