Proposals from other organizations or individuals are reviewed and accepted by a staff committee according to the needs and interests of our community. Events are planned according to section 6.1 of the Princeton Public Library Policy manual and are planned to compliment the Library’s collections and to help meet the library’s mission and goals. Events are free and open to the public without subject to solicitation of any kind.
Individuals and organizations interested in partnering with Princeton Public Library are invited to submit a proposal for review. The proposal schedule is as follows:
- For events to take place in June, July or August the submission deadline is: March 4, 2013
- For events to take place in September, October or November the submission deadline is: June 3, 2013
- For events to take place in December ’13, January or February 2014 the submission deadline is: September 2, 2013
Applicants will be notified within 3 weeks after submission deadline to the status of the proposal. If accepted, PPL will appoint a staff member to work with you to confirm a date within the designated timeframe, confirm your audiovisual needs, manage PR and attend the event.
