Summer has blown by. How time flies. This summer, I took a closer look at the past, time travelling across the Princeton University campus on a whirlwind gargoyle-spotting tour with the Library’s Youth Services staff. We spotted this fellow high up on the reading room wall at Firestone Library. He reminds me of a goggled aviator, exploring worlds in his books.  

My family LOVES sushi.  My daughter would eat it every day, if she could. We have a few favorite sushi restaurants in and out of Princeton, including Ajihei on Chambers St., Mo C Mo C Sushi on Tulane St., Soonja's on Alexander St., Asian Bistro in Princeton Junction by the train station and OC Wasabi in Ocean City, Maryland.

You’ve heard it before. A major monthly increase in the cable/Internet/phone bundle can contribute to serious contemplation over “just how much do I really need television?” The answer’s simple. Of course, no one needs television. I grew up in the seventies, lying on the couch watching entirely too much television. Everyone around me did, too. But, the hyper-technological environment of how we live today is an entirely new realm.

NASA's Curiosity has now landed and begun beaming back pictures from the surface of Mars. But how exactly does the Internet work in outer space? Today I'll break down the publicly available details. We'll start with the Rover itself and work backwards from there.
