The latest in technology classes at PPL
Experience the latest technology by making Princeton Public Library's technology center a frequent destination. The spring series of technology classes is off to a robust start. Friday's LinkedIn class was a full house, as was last week's resume writing class. This week features several classes including iPad 101, Tools to Create Infographics, Google Drive: Online Storage Made Easy and Mac Basics.
In addition to our established line up of classes that include sessions in WordPress for aspiring bloggers, Microsoft Excel, and downloading audiobooks, the library is offering several new courses including:
- Music & Movies @ PPL
- Zinio: Explore the World of Digital Magazines
- Tools to Create Infographics
- iMovie for Beginners
- Apps for iPads, iPhones & Android Devices
- Beyond the Stacks
- List Your Items on eBay
- Career Resources @ PPL
- Public Relations for Small Business & Non-Profits
Knowing that everyone is busy, we offer classes at a variety of times, including evenings, Saturdays, and weekdays, too. There is no need to register but try to arrive a few minutes early to ensure a seat at one of the tech center's dozen state-of-the-arts iMacs.
Take a look at the full schedule which runs through June. If you have any questions, let us know. You can contact us in person, electronically, or by phone. We hope to see you in the tech center!

Thank you! I'm glad to know you find the classes useful The full list of courses can be viewed here. http://www.princetonlibrary.org/events/technology. There are brochures with the class listings also. They can be found in the lobby and in the Technology Center.
This is great that this stuff is being offered to people just to make life easier or even to try things out before getting certified in more advanced IT areas. Great work.
Listening to books just keeps getting better. I always have at least one audiobook in progress on my “reading shelf.”
